MY FIRST BLOG

YOU ALL WILL HAVE TO BARE WITH ME BECAUSE I AM BRAND NEW TO THE BLOG WORLD, SO I AM NAVIGATING MY WAY THROUGH AS I GO. ONCE I MADE UP MY MIND TO DO THIS I REALLY COULDN'T WAIT TO GET STARTED SO I'M DIVING IN HEAD FIRST! SO WHAT MADE ME DECIDE TO START BLOGGING ?? WELL ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO I DECIDED TO GET SERIOUS ABOUT GETTING IN SHAPE AND LIVING AN ALL AROUND HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE. NOW I'M SLOWLY STARTING TO SEE RESULTS AND I WANTED TO SHARE, IN HOPES OF KEEPING MY SELF MOTIVATED AS WELL AS HOPEFULLY MOTIVATING OTHERS ALONG THE WAY!!! I IN NO WAY CLAIM TO BE AN EXPERT ON FITNESS COOKING OR ANY OF THAT I ACTUALLY CLAIM TO BE QUITE THE OPPOSITE SO FEEL FREE TO SHARE INSIGHT OR TIPS THEY WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! I HOPE EVERYONE ENJOYS THIS BLOG BECAUSE I'M SURE I WILL ENJOY BLOGGING!
